為以色列現今著名的編舞家與導師．自年青時開始習舞，加入以色列最著名的民俗舞團’Karmon’多年，擔任團中主要舞者多次巡迴世界演出．而後他成為該團總監也是以色列當代最重要的編舞家Yonatan Karmon的得力助手．他演過電影，並為這些電影編排舞蹈．他也指導過許多舞蹈團體，如 ‘Rishon – Lw Zion’， ‘Gvanim’．目前在以色列他有相當多的教學課程，每週來上他的舞蹈課人數超過百人．他所編過的著名作品有 : Artzi，Mikarov，Im Rotzim(猶太屠夫樂)，Hatishma Koli(懷念老歌)，Zinguwala(珍格拉)，Amru Lo (美夢成真)，Horati，Makarov…等．
因為具備優異的教學才能與迷人的魅力，Tuvia 經常出國受邀到世界各地土風舞團體教學.
